I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY, EMPLOYERS ONLY WANT THOSE OF A HIGHER QUALIFICATION FOR A LOWER JOB... THAT'S EMBARRASSING, AS FAR AS I'M CONCERN, EMPLOYERS SHOULD LEARN TO FOLLOW DUE PROCESS AND RECRUIT PEOPLE WITH QUALIFICATION THEY COULD PAY FOR.. IT'S A SILLY COUNTRY | ||||

| people that are demanding for working experience,please would you ask them if they had any experience when they got their jobs,when you are frustrating young graduate with experience,are we going to steal it or kidnap it from someone?but i can assure you that with the little we learnt from school we can take up any challenges that may come our way. | |||||

| Never lose hope. If employers are demanding for experience(s); then get one. How? You can be a volunteer in a non-governmental body or take evening/ preparatory classes for secondary school leavers. This will show that you are not idle. It'll also boost your cv. | |||||
