Hui Mineral Resources Ltd is an exporter of Nigeria Lead Ore products. We consider quality as the most important and our clients as our god. We need a qualified candidate to fill this position.

JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Records & documents, mails, , bank dealing & errands, Assisting both HR and Accounts etc.
Relieve management of administrative detail
Take initiative in manager's absence
Keep projects on schedule. 
Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of Phone routines
Handle all inquiries within capacity
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines



QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in this field is an added advantage 
Must have a minimum of OND in required field, 
Must be under the age of 30,
Must be a female,
Must be computer literate, eloquent & presentable,
